From November 17th 2020, the corona measures have been loosend a little bit. We're still not allowed to play any volleyball competition. Practices can only be at a distance of 1.5 metres. From November 22th Punch is allowed to give practices again. This will look as follows:
The practices will take place at X (Mekelweg 8-10, Delft) and in TOPdeskhall (S.V. Wippolder, Rijksstraatweg 9, Delft).
You need to sign up for your practice before 12:00 (noon) of the practice day. If the shift is empty at 12:00, the Board thinks your team is not able to cover the shift and the shift will be open for everybody to claim. This way we hope everyone is able to train as much as possible. The 12:00 deadline doesn't count for the first practice at 23-11-2020.

You need to follow the measures of this protocol and measures of the NOC*NSF. There is only a Dutch version here.
Only go to the practice, if you agree on the checklist of the Rijksoverheid (see below). And you can only go if you signed up.
The group consists of a maximum of 4 persons and 1 trainer on 1 volleyballfield.
Always keep a distance of 1.5 metres (also during sporting).
Before you start playing you need to wear the same color ribbon as your group (inc. trainer). This way the groups can be devided very easy.
Wear a mouth mask in the sportcentra till you sport (in X and in the TOPdeskhall).
You always need to listen to the association responsible. This will be always the trainer. If you train without a trainer, it's someone else. This person will make sure the group follows the rules.
Stay with your own training group and avoid having contact with other training groups.
You have to disinfect your hands entering the building.
Physical contact is not allowed. This means no high fives, no yelling, no songs, no needless screaming, etc.
Changing rooms at X and TOPdeskhall are closed. You can only use the toilets.
Please leave the building as soons as possible. The canteens are closed.
Please desinfect the balls before your practice. Don't do it at the end of the practice, they'll moldy.

- Do you have corona symptoms such as: sneezing, fever, a cold, running nose, shortness of breath in the last 24 hours?
- Do you have a roommate with fever or shortness of breath?
- Have you had the coronovirus in the last 7 days, established in the lab?
- Have you had a roommate/ family member or household member with Corona in the last 14 days and had contact with him or in the last 24 hours?
- Are you in quarantine because you had contact with someone with the corona virus?
